Welcome!

Welcome to SYM's Savvy Scientist Club. Please visit the blog frequently for information regarding our club, as well as pictures from our AWESOME experiments! Remember, if you have a google account, you can sign in and choose to follow our blog. I'm looking forward to a fun and enriching time!

Attendance and Parent Pick-Up

Savvy Scientists is a hands on after school club. Please remember your child was chosen from a long list of people who applied to be a part of the club. Therefore, attendance is MANDATORY! If your child is absent due to illness or some other sort of school wide excused absence, please be sure to email or call to let me know he/she will not be able to attend that day. Two unexcused absences will result in your child losing his/her spot in the club. A student on the wait list will then be chosen to take his/her spot.

All students should be picked up from Savvy Scientists at the bus loop by 4:00pm. Any student not picked up by the designated time will be sent to EDEP for a fee. Your child will not be able to participate if an EDEP form is not on file. Remember, by filling out the form, you are only agreeing to the terms above, NOT enrolling them in EDEP full time.
